BENJAMIN!!! From Little Mermaid: Ariel's Beginning.
Banjamin is a manatee, otherwise known as a sea cow.
Isn't he just soooooooooooooo cute? He kinda reminds me of Winnie the Pooh. Anyways, for all you little mermaid fans out there, I recommend this movie, it was great, I enjoyed it.
Edit: I made it more dark so the colours won't look so washed out.
